Pricing. There is no software subscription charge, payment card, or automatic paid conversion during the invite-only private pilot. Any separately requested project, data-preparation, or professional-review service starts only after written scope and price acceptance.
Responsibility. LightingMap provides draft decision-support calculations and proposal outputs for supported workflows. It is not an engineering certificate. You remain responsible for accurate inputs and checking the output; a suitably qualified professional remains responsible for final design, standards assessment, approval, or certification where required. Not assessed means no conclusion has been made.
Support. Reply to your invitation or use the in-app support path. The pilot target is an initial response within one Australian business day, but this is a best-effort target rather than a service-level guarantee. There is no 24/7 or emergency support.
